These Terms of Service govern the use of www.slotstow.com and the purchase of products from Slotstow. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices and images displayed on the website are accurate and current. Product images used on our website are original materials or materials available for lawful use.

Minor differences in colour, appearance or measurements may occur due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations or measurement methods. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights applicable under law.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

A sales contract is formed when we confirm that the order has been accepted for fulfilment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing, stock, order-processing or other material error, in which case any payment received for the cancelled order will be returned.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Any applicable delivery charges and other charges will be shown before the order is submitted.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and delivery information. An order may be delayed where information necessary for delivery is incomplete or incorrect.

5. Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are generally processed and dispatched from Belgium within 1–3 business days after order acceptance.

We work with recognised delivery carriers, including services such as DHL, FedEx and UPS Priority services, where appropriate. The estimated delivery time is generally 5–7 business days after dispatch.

We may send order and tracking updates to the email address provided at checkout, including updates relating to dispatch, carrier processing and local delivery.

Delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes. If an order exceeds the standard delivery period, we will investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier and, based on the circumstances and applicable law, arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.

For consumers in the European Union, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with the seller until the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. Risk does not transfer merely because the goods have been handed to a carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal for European Union Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to legally applicable exceptions.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us, the direct cost of returning goods under the statutory withdrawal right is borne by the consumer. Returned goods should be handled only to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Where required by applicable law, refunds will be processed within the statutory period. We may wait until the returned goods have been received or appropriate evidence of return has been provided, where permitted by law.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Non-Conforming Goods

If goods arrive damaged, defective or materially different from the order, please contact home@slotstow.com and provide your order information together with photographs or other reasonable evidence of the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may arrange a replacement or refund. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we may not require the damaged item to be returned when photographs or other evidence are sufficient for us to assess the claim.

Consumers in the European Union retain all mandatory statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods, including applicable legal guarantee rights. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

8. Cancellations and Delivery Delays

If an order cannot be dispatched within the applicable stated period, we may contact the customer with updated information regarding the delay.

Where required by applicable law, the customer may be offered the choice to accept a reasonable delay or cancel the affected order for a refund of amounts paid for goods that have not been shipped.

If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may be handled under the applicable statutory withdrawal and return rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to this limitation, Slotstow will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs procedures, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or events beyond reasonable control.

This section does not affect any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Belgium and, where applicable, the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which the consumer resides.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers in the European Union or the United States of mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
