1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Available electronic wallet payment methods may also include Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on the checkout conditions available to the customer.

2. Where do you ship?

We ship to customers in Europe and the United States. Orders are dispatched from Belgium.

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery is generally expected within 5–7 business days.

4. Which delivery carriers do you use?

Depending on the destination and service availability, orders may be delivered through DHL, FedEx or UPS Priority services.

5. Will I receive tracking updates?

Yes. Tracking updates will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout when relevant tracking information becomes available, including key delivery stages.

6. What should I do if my order is delayed?

Please contact us at home@slotstow.com if your order exceeds the standard delivery time. We will investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier and, depending on the circumstances, arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Customers in the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to applicable legal exceptions. To request a return, please contact home@slotstow.com within the applicable period.

8. What if my item arrives damaged or has a defect?

Please email home@slotstow.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect. In suitable cases, the item does not need to be returned before we review the matter, and we may arrange a refund or replacement in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9. How are refunds processed?

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear may depend on the payment method and the relevant card issuer or electronic wallet provider.
